Adjustment collection of ordered goods
Collection of ordered goods has recently changed slightly:

Only when you have an order confirmation number can you collect goods at GATE 3 (Mechanicalaan). Payment can only be made by bancontact.

If you do not have an order confirmation number, you must first report to reception (Terbekehofdreef 59, 2610 Wilrijk).
For payment by bank transfer, you should also report to reception.
